Modern adaptation for children

Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's wonderful music to the ballet "Sleeping Beauty" inspires Riolina Topalova to create a magical adaptation of Charles Perrault's fairy tale, which comes to life through the young and talented artists of the Sofia Opera and Ballet.

In the performance, the fairies, the cavaliers, the fortune teller and the other roles are recreated in a contemporary dimension with fascinating comic situations.

The magnificent music of the composer, the fairy-tale magic of the plot and the inspired modern style of the production captivate and affirm the eternal universal human values, so expressively presented to the elder audience through the beauty and magic of classical dance.
