Biography

He graduated from the Academy of Music in Sofia. Since 1975, he has been a soloist at the Sofia Opera and Ballet.

His repertoire includes over 60 central bass roles, including: Filippo II – "Don Carlo", Prince Gremin – "Eugene Onegin", De Silva – "Hernani", Mephistopheles – "Faust", Pimen and Varlaam – "Boris Godunov" and others.

His concert performances include cantata and oratorio works by Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Verdi and contemporary composers.

He is a laureate of national competitions.
