Biography

He graduated in Оpera singing at the National Academy of Music in the class of Prof. Resa Koleva.

In 1992 he made his debut as Rudolf in Puccini's “La Bohème” at the Burgas Opera, and the following year he was a soloist at the Sofia Opera and Ballet.

He has in his repertoire over 31 roles from the central tenor repertoire of operas by Verdi, Puccini, Bizet, Massenet, Gounod, Mussorgsky, Stravinsky, Vladigerov.

He collaborates with conductors such as V. Gergiev, S. Ozawa, A. Guadagno, M. Viotti, Kazushi Ōno. Partner of Ghena Dimitrova, Raina Kabaivanska, Renato Bruson, Leo Nucci. He realized guest performances on various European stages.
