The festival is part of the Calendar of Cultural Events of Sofia Municipality for 2023 and is under the patronage of the Mayor of Sofia Mrs. Yordanka Fandakova and hosted by the Mayor of Pancharevo Mr. Nikolay Gyurov.

In the romance of summer evenings for longed-for spiritual pleasure, the lake mirror of Pancharevo gathers the muses of art for the first time!

Lake Pancharevo is located 12 km south of the center of Sofia, in the direction of Samokov and Borovets, between Vitosha and Lozen mountains, at the confluence of the rivers Bistritsa and Iskar.
