Due to an incident outside of the Sofia Opera team’s control, the performance of “Tosca” by Giacomo Puccini on 26.09 has been postponed for the following evening: 27.09.25, from 19:00.
All tickets are valid without a reissue.

For viewers who cannot attend the performance on 27.09.25, the following rules apply, part of the general terms and conditions, starting from 29.09.25:

Reissuing already purchased tickets for a different performance of your choice, part of the Sofia Opera repertoire. It is necessary to present printed copies of your online tickets or physical tickets together with your receipt at our Box office at 1, “Vrabcha” str., up to one month after the date of the postponed performance.

Receiving a voucher with a value of the already purchased tickets which may only be used to receive a ticket for a performance of your choice, part of the Sofia Opera repertoire. The voucher is valid for 6 (six) months starting from the date of issuing. It is necessary to present printed copies of your online tickets or physical tickets together with your receipt at our Box office at 1, “Vrabcha” str., up to one month after the date of the postponed performance.

Receiving a refund, starting from 29.09.25 up until 28.10.25. It is necessary to present printed copies of your online tickets or physical tickets together with your receipt at our Box office at 1, “Vrabcha” str. If you wish to receive the sum via bank transaction, please send your request at sales@operasofia.bg by attaching your online tickets, stating the bank account holder’s three names and an IBAN. Refunds are only issued via bank transaction for tickets purchased online and paid for via bank transaction. The waiting period for receiving refunds is up to thirty days after sending your request.
