Concerning the death of His Holiness the Bulgarian Patriarch and Metropolitan of Sofia Neophyte and the declared national mourning on 15 and 16 March, we would like to inform you that the Sofia Opera and Ballet cancels all planned performances for these dates:

More information for those who purchased tickets for these performances:

1. Re-validation of the purchased tickets for another performance of DIE ZAUBERFLÖTE / March 17, 29, 30/ or another upcoming performance from the program of the Sofia Opera of your choice. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a cash receipt at the Ticket Office ("Vrabcha" Str. 1) by 16.04.2024.

2. Issuance of a voucher of the value of the purchased tickets, which can only be used against a ticket for a performance of your choice from the program of the Opera. The validity of the voucher is for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of its issuance. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a cash receipt at the Ticket Office ("Vrabcha" Str. 1) by 16.04.2024.

3. Refund of the paid amount by 16.04.2024. You need to present the printed e-tickets or tickets with receipt at the Ticket Office ("Vrabcha" Str. 1). If you would like the amount to be refunded by bank transfer, please send your request to sales@operasofia.bg by attaching your e-tickets and writing the full names of the account holder and IBAN. Via bank transfer will refunded only amounts, payd for online purchased tickets.
