We inform you that due to a right shoulder tendon injury, Plácido Domingo will not be able to conduct the opera "La Traviata" on 09/15/23 at 19:00. The performance is cancelled.

Information for the public who bought tickets:

1) Reimbursement of the amount paid within the period from 12.09.23 after 3:00 p.m. to 30.09.23 incl. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with receipt at the Ticket Office (Vrabcha St. 1). If you wish to have the amount refunded by bank transfer, please send your request to sales@operasofia.bg, attaching your e-tickets and writing the three names of the account holder and IBAN (valid for online tickets only).

2) Issuance of a voucher for the value of the purchased tickets, which can only be used against a ticket for a performance of your choice from the Opera program. The validity of the voucher is for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of its issue. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with receipt to the Ticket Office (1 Vrabcha St.) by September 30, 2023 incl.

3) Revalidation of purchased tickets for another upcoming performance from the Opera program of your choice. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with receipt to the Ticket Office (1 Vrabcha St.) by September 30, 2023 incl.
