The Sofia Opera marks the 60th Anniversary of the singer and actress Denitsa Shopova. The event will take place on 13 February with the musical “MAMMA MIA!”, reported from the Opera. Shopova is in the role of Rosie.
On 13 and 14 February there will be four performances of the musical by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus with ABBA’s songs.
Once again in the role of Sam will be Orlin Goranov – on 13 February at 19 h and on 14 February at 16 h. In the stage version of the director Plamen Kartaloff take part also Vesela Delcheva, Lyudmila Kozareva, Edelina Kaneva, Kiril Ivanov, Aleksandar Georgiev, Simeon Vladov, Nikolay Pavlov, Yanitsa Maslinkova, Silvana Pravheva and others. Conductor is Svetoslav Lazarov.
