On the 25th of February, the premiere of the opera “MacBeth” by Giuseppe Verdi took place, production by Vera Petrova. The performance’s advertising campaign began with the poster created by the Sofia Opera graphic designer Ivan Stanoev. It is precisely his vision that attracted the attention of the 3rd theatrical poster biennale jury: TRAM2026 in Armenia.
The event organizers have received 1708 posters by 844 designers from 75 different countries. 203 pieces by 194 authors from 49 countries have been chosen for the final selection.
Ivan Stanoev’s work is among the highly praised posters.
All chosen posters will be presented during an exhibition which will take place from the 10th till the 30th of September in Erevan. During the opening, a gala ceremony will take place during which the chosen designers will receive their awards.
We wish Ivan Stanoev good luck and we hope for him to be one of the award bearers.
The ACT non-government cultural organization was founded in 2021 by Erik Bogosjan. The theatrical poster biennale is one of the organization’s initiatives.
