Christine Opolais and Liparit Avetisyan are already in Sofia and are rehearsing for the performances of the opera “Madama Butterfly” by Giacomo Puccini on the 14th and 16th of March. The two of them will portray the roles of Cho-Cho San and Benjamin Pinkerton, respectively. Also starring in Plamen Kartaloff’ captivating production: Kiril Manolov as Sharpless, Vesela Yaneva as Suzuki, Angel Antonov, Emil Pavlov.
