Biography

Salome Figueiredo de Santana was born in Brussels, she trained with her father Anderson Figueiredo de Santana director of Brussels international ballet school where she participated to many competitions like YAGP (finalist in New York), Varna competition (Bulgaria), Chausson d’or (1 prize France) Arabesque competition (1 prize Belgium). In 2015 she studied 2 years at the Vaganova academy in St. Petersbourg with  Ludmila Kovalova and Irina Citnikova. After her graduation, she joined the Mariinsky Theatre. In October 2021 she joined the Hungarian National Ballet. Since July 2023, she joined the troupe of Sofia Opera and ballet.
