Ramona Tullumani was born in Tirana, Albania, on 5th July of 1985. since from childhood she began piano studies where even win some prizes. Then she studied Art High school for piano and kanto, she finished the school only for kanto. She graduated the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana for kanto. In the first year of Academy she develops a master class with the famous soprano Katia Ricciarelli. She also participated in several other Masters developed by Katia, as in Rome and several other cities in Italy.
Ramona at the same time graduated the Academy of fine Arts with excellent results. After it she competed to took part in the Master Class organized by big Soprano Rajna Kabaivanska in Sofia-Bulgaria. She held the Master only with singers chosen from a contest that the great Soprano develop. After the competition of 100 singers she selected only 10 singers.
One of them was Ramona, and arrives to study with the great Soprano. After having completed the studies with two divas of opera music she fully dedicated to opera scene.
Successfully she performs in the scene of National Theater of Opera and Ballet of Tirana operas as “Rigoletto” and “La Traviata” of Verdi. These two operas accompany the young singer as in Italy for many many times, where the stage director was Katia Ricciarelli. Ramona has successfully performed in opera “Boheme”, “Elisir D’Amore” and “Le Villi”, etc. But the opera that she is singing many times and continues is opera “La Traviata”. She plays the leading role of Violetta. Conductors with whom she collaborated were more as Daniele Agiman, Vito Clemente, Leonardo Quadrini, Vitorio Parisi, Giancarlo De Lorenco, etc.
It was a great emotion in 2013 when she sings in Vatican, on the occasion of the birthday of Papa Francesko. Ramona was the first Albanian soprano from the country of Mother Tereza, invited to such an event so great. In one of the reports of “Rai 3”, Ramona was presented “the most beautiful voice of this event”.
She has singing in many countries, like Paris, Athens, Macedonia, in “Ohrid Summer Festival”, in the Geneva “Organisation of the United Nations”, etc. Ramona perform every year at “Three Tenors” concert in Tirana as a special guest.
She is a teacher at Albanian Academy of Arts.
She is “Ambassador of Peace” from 2007 and was signed in 2007 by Mr. Ban Ki Moon.
