Born in Naples in 1996, Giusy Adiletta began studying violin at the age of 7, and graduated in violin with honours in 2015, under the guidance of Maestro Maurizio Aiello at the Giuseppe Martucci Conservatory of Music in Salerno. She later attended Masterclasses with masters Francesco Manara, Pavel Berman, Marco Fiorini, Mi-Kyung Lee, Enzo Porta and others. In 2019 she obtained a Master of Arts in Music Performance under the guidance of Maestro Pavel Berman at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano (Switzerland), where in 2021 she also obtained a post-graduate Master in Advanced Studies in Performance and Interpretation, again with Maestro Pavel Berman.
She has performed as first violin and soloist in various orchestras, including Tbilisi Opera House Orchestra, Orchestra Filarmonica di Benevento, Orchestra Collegium Philarmonicum, Ensemble 900 of the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana, Orchestra del Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana, Orchestra G. Martucci di Salerno. After winning several auditions, she has collaborated with numerous ensembles and orchestras, such as the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, the orchestra of the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, the RAI symphonic orchestra and Teatro Regio orchestra in Turin, Teatro San Carlo orchestra in Naples, Arturo Toscanini Philharmonic Orchestra of Parma, the orchestra of the Fondazione Arena di Verona, the Teatro alla Scala Chamber Orchestra.
Since 2021 she has started focusing and passionating on performance practice and has been of Orchestre des Champs-Elysées in Paris and the Barocchisti ensemble in Lugano, also deepening her knowledge of the classical-romantic repertoire on original instruments. She has performed in both chamber and orchestral ensembles in prestigious halls, including Victoria Hall in Geneva, Het Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Elbphilarmonie Essen, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Wiener Musikverein, Tonhalle orchestra in Zurich, Teatro alla Scala, Teatro San Carlo, the Romanian Athenaeum in Bucharest, Die Glocke in Bremen and many others. She received the Lamount Young award for music, for her commitment to the revaluation of the Neapolitan area through concerts for solo violin, violin and piano, violin and voice.
Since 2018, he has embarked on a professional career in the management of classical music and cultural sector, collaborating with internationally renowned institutions and artists. In 2021, together with the violinist Pavel Berman, she founded Monteverdi Circle (www.monteverdicircle.com), an online portal dedicated entirely to the promotion of classical music.
