Biography

Diana Tugui is a graduate of the National University of Music in Bucharest with Classical singing.

She presented herself brilliantly in the master classes of Viorica Cortez, Dalton Baldwin, Teresa Berganza and Jaume Aragall.

She is laureate of different national and international competitions: Renata Tebaldi International Voice Competition, Jaume Aragall Concurs Internacional de Cant, Vox Artis International Competition and others.

Since 2003, she has been soloist of the Craiova Opera /Romania/.

Her repertoire includes: Pamina  “Die Zauberflöte”, Susanna – “Il noce di Figaro”, Donna Anna – “Don Giovanni” by Mozart, Liù – “Turandot”, Mimi and Musetta – “La Bohème” by Puccini; Michaela – “Carmen” by Bizet, Gilda – “Rigoletto”, Violetta – “La traviata” by Verdi; Adina – “L’elisir d’amore”, Lucia – “Lucia di Lamermoor” by Donizetti; Rosina – “Il barbiere di Siviglia” by Rossini and others.
