Born in 1981, in Rousse.
Between 1986-2000, he studied at the “Prof. Veselin Stoyanov” National Arts School in Rousse from which he graduated with a major in viola, in Galina Koseva’s class.
In 2007, he graduated from the “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” National Music Academy, in assoc. prof. Georgi Stoyanov’s viola class.
He takes part in masterclasses by distinguished musicians among which Yuri Bashmet, Wilfried Strehle and Erik Kruger.
He’s worked as a violist in many symphony and opera ensembles in Bulgaria and abroad.
Among them are the Sofia philharmonic, the BNR symphony orchestra, Simfonietta Sofia, the Rousse National opera, the Murcia symphony orchestra (Spain), the Cascais chamber orchestra (Portugal), Orquestra do Norte (Portugal) as well as the Rudolstadt opera-symphony orchestra (Germany) where he’s held the position of solo violist since 2013.
Since 2015, he’s been a regular guest-solo and tutti violist in many leading German orchestras among which the Hildesheim opera-symphony orchestras, Braunschweig, Halberstadt and Nordhausen, the Gottingen symphony and chamber orchestras, Hof, Neubrandenburg, Wernigerode, Schönebeck, Detmold etc.
Throughout the years, he has taken part in different crossover collaborations and concerts starring Nigel Kennedy, Milcho Leviev and others where he has performed as a classical and jazz violist.
Since the 2nd of March, 2026, he holds the position of solo violist / soloist-orchestra member at the Sofia Opera and Ballet.
