We would like to inform you that the spectacles for children “Winnie-the-Pooh” on 05.02, at 11 h, “The Three piggies” on 05.02 at 16 h, “Concerts for Babies” on 06.02 at 11 h and “Hänsel und Gretel” on 06.02 at 16 h will be cancelled.

Information for the audience, which has bought tickets for these spectacles:

- Revalidation of the bought tickets for another upcoming spectacle for children from the programme of the Opera of your choice. It is necessary to present the printed out electronic tickets or tickets with a cash receipt at the Ticket office (1, Vrabcha Str.) till 10.02.22 incl.;

- Issue of a voucher at the value of the bought tickets, which can be used only against a spectacle of your choice from the programme of the Opera. The validity of the voucher is 6 (six) months from the date of its issuing. It is necessary to present the printed out electronic tickets or tickets with a cash receipt at the Ticket office (1, Vrabcha Str.) till 16.02.22 incl.;

- If there is a will on your behalf, we shall be thankful, if you leave the sum of the bought tickets as donation for the Sofia Opera and Ballet;

- Reimbursement of the paid sum till 02.22 incl. If you wish the sum to be reimbursed by bank transfer, please send your request to sales@operasofia.bg (valid only for online tickets).
