Because of disease of artists the scheduled spectacle of the opera “La Donna del Lago” by Gioachino Rossini on 30.01.22 at 16 h will not take place.

We invite you on the same date to enjoy:
- on 30.01.22 at 16 h the opera “Rigoletto” by Giuseppe Verdi.

Information for the audience, which has bought tickets for the opera “La Donna del Lago” by Gioachino Rossini on 30.01.22 at 16 h:

1) You can watch the spectacle “Rigoletto” on 30.01 at 16 h with the already bought tickets for “La Donna del Lago” on 30.01. No preliminary revalidation is necessary.

2) You can watch the spectacle of “La Donna del Lago” on 13.02.22 at 19 h, where a preliminary revalidation of the new seats will be necessary;

3) Revalidation of the bought tickets for another upcoming spectacle from the programme of the Opera of your choice. It is necessary to present the printed out electronic tickets or tickets with a cash receipt at the Ticket office (1, Vrabcha Str.) till 09.02.22 incl.;

4) Issue of a voucher at the value of the bought tickets, which can be used only against a spectacle of your choice from the programme of the Opera. The validity of the voucher is 6 (six) months from the date of its issuing. It is necessary to present the printed out electronic tickets or tickets with a cash receipt at the Ticket office (1, Vrabcha Str.) till 09.02.22 incl.;

5) If there is a will on your behalf, we shall be thankful, if you leave the sum of the bought tickets as donation for the Sofia Opera and Ballet;

6) Reimbursement of the paid sum till 09.02.22 incl. If you wish the sum to be reimbursed by bank transfer, please send your request to sales@operasofia.bg (valid only for online tickets);

7) Tickets, bought through Eventim can be revalidated or their sum to be reimbursed only at the Ticket office of the Opera till 09.02.22 incl.

It is necessary the tickets (the vouchers) to be presented on paper.
