Dear spectators,
Due to the adverse weather conditions and the technical problem in the hall, the performance "Mama Mia!" on 10.08.23, part of the programme of the festival "Muses on the Water" Pancharevo had to be cancelled.
We apologize to our dear audience!
For this reason, Sofia Opera and Ballet offers the following compensation to all spectators:
1. Revalidation of purchased tickets for another performance of your choice – it is necessary to provide the printed e-tickets or tickets with a receipt by 31.08.23;
2. Issue of a voucher for the amount of the purchased tickets – it is necessary to provide the printed e-tickets or tickets with a receipt by 31.08.23. The validity of the voucher is 6 months from the date of issue;
3. Refund of the amount of the purchased tickets at the Sofia Opera box office. It is necessary to provide tickets with a receipt by 31.08.23.
4. For refunds of online tickets, please send your requests to sales@operasofia.bg by 31.08.23;
5. The amount of tickets purchased from the Đ•ventim network – please send refund requests to them.
