We would like to inform you that the following performances will not take place.
The premiere of the ballet “Tango” on 26.03.21, 28.03.21 and 03.04.21 will take place on 14.05.21 19:00, 15.05.21 19:00, 16.05. 21 h. 16:00.
Due to the great interest, an extraordinary performance of the musical "Shrek" will take place on April 3, 21 at 7:00 p.m.
In connection with the permission to hold indoor performances at 30% occupancy from today, we would like to inform you that the performance "Carmen" by Georges Bizet on 02.04.21 19:00 will take place.
Information for our audience who bought tickets:
1) issuance of a voucher for the value of the purchased tickets, which can be used only against a ticket for a performance of your choice from the Opera program. The voucher is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of issue. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt at the Ticket Office (1 Vrabcha Street) within 01.04.21 to 31.05.21.
2) re-certification of the purchased tickets for another upcoming performance of the Opera program of your choice. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt at the Ticket Office (1 Vrabcha Street) within 01.04.21 to 31.05.21.
3) if you wish, we will be grateful if you leave the amount of the purchased tickets as a donation for the Sofia Opera and Ballet.
4) refund of the amount paid within 01.04.21 to 31.05.21. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt at the Ticket Office (1 Vrabcha Street) within 01.04.21 to 31.05.21. If you want the amount to be refunded by bank transfer, please send your request to sales@operasofia.bg (only for e-tickets!).
5) tickets from Eventim
If you want to re-certificate or refund the amount of tickets buyed from Eventim ticket office or official website it necessary to come to the Ticket office of Sofia Opera (1 Vrabcha Street) with the tickets within 05.04.21 to 31.05.21.
