We inform you that the performance "Sleeping Beauty", announced for 26.06.24 at 7:00 p.m., has been moved to 28.06.24 at 7:00 p.m.

Information for the public who bought tickets:

1. Re-validation of the purchased tickets for "Sleeping Beauty" on 28.06. or another upcoming performance from the Opera program of your choice. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt to the Ticket Office (Vrabcha Street 1) within a period of 06.07.24

2. Issuance of a voucher for the value of the purchased tickets, which can only be used against a ticket for a performance of your choice from the Opera program. The voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue. You must present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt to the Ticket Office (1 Vrabcha St.) by 06.07.24

3. Refund of the paid amount by 06.07.24 at the Ticket Office (1 Vrabcha Street). You need to present the printed e-tickets or tickets with receipt.

If you want the amount to be refunded by bank transfer, send your request to sales@operasofia.bg (valid for online tickets only), attaching your e-tickets and writing the three names of the account holder and the IBAN.
