Jessica Pratt returns to the Sofia Opera on the 3rd of May with an entirely new repertoire
The gala concert will be conducted by Francesco Ivan Ciampa. Arias from “Norma”, “I Puritani”, “La Somnambula”, Bellini’s “Montague and Capulets”, Donizetti’s “Lucia di Lammermoor” and Thomas’ “Hamlet”.
The orchestra will enrich the evening with chosen instrumental fragments such as the famous overtures of “Norma” by Bellini, “L'italiana in Algeri” by Rossini, “Anna Bolena” by Donizetti, as well as the wonderful Meditation from “Thais” by Massenet, with the Sofia Opera lead singer and concertmaster Maria Evstatieva.

On Sunday, the 3rd of May, Jessica Pratt will perform the aria from act I Son Vergin vezzosa.
