In December, the enthusiastic cheers will be on 2, 3 December at 14 h and 19 h.

The huge success of the musical "Mamma Mia!" is the reason why tickets for the performances are quickly sold out. The hall is always filled to capacity and the audience, often on their feet, applaud the singers.

Maestro Plamen Kartaloff, the director of the production, more than successfully turned ABBA's wonderful songs into a theatre of situations and scenes in which the audience spontaneously participates in the performances. The dynamic action and exquisitely executed emotional reflections of the performers once again challenge the audience to empathize with the story of the charming characters. The soloists have achieved true perfection in their interpretation of the fascinating characters entrusted to them, and with their talent they enrich the characters of these unforgettable personages, giving them unprecedented emotion and charm.

After dozens of productions around the world and over 60 million spectators, this super hit premiered in July 2018 with enormous success in Bulgaria, on the stage of Sofia Opera and Ballet.

Numerous spectators will be lucky to enjoy the ABBA songs "Super Trouper", "Dancing Queen", "Knowing Me, Knowing You", "Take a Chance on Me", "Thank You for the Music", "Money, Money, Money", "The Winner Takes It All", "Voulez-Vous", "SOS", created by the genius authors and band members Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus.

Catherine Johnson's libretto, based on an idea by Judy Kramer, transports us to a Greek island where love, passion and surprising situations draw us into a compelling romantic comedy.

In December, the enthusiastic applause will be addressed to Vesela Delcheva, Lucy Kozareva, Vladi Mihyailov, Nikolay Pavlov, Rosen Nenchev, Yanitsa Maslinkova, Denitsa Shopova, Boyan Arsov, Edelina Kaneva, Silvana Pravcheva, Alexander Georgiev, Nikolay Pavlov, as well as to all the other performers.

The performances are on December 2, 3 at 14 h and 19 h.

The audience also pays tribute for this huge success to the conductor Svetoslav Lazarov, to the wonderful band, to the musical training of the ensemble, to the set designer Nela Stoyanova, to the costume designer Hristiyana Mihaleva-Zorbalieva, to the choreography of Riolina Topalova and to the musical director Zhorzh Dimitrov.
