We kindly remind you that the following rules are included in the General terms and conditions for our open stage performances:

The performances take place on the stage mentioned on your ticket unless a different location has been explicitly stated after your purchase, in promotional materials and/or on the Sofia Opera website. A change in a performance’s location within the same city is no pretext for returning or exchanging tickets or issuing refunds, in the case that the Sofia Opera has informed viewers beforehand about the change and has provided appropriate transport to the performance’s new location.

Late viewers as well as viewers who wish to reenter the location after having left during a performance for whatever reason are seated at the third balcony until the first interlude, should there be seats available. For open stage performances, late viewers are allowed to their seats after the first interlude. Late viewers are considered those who have arrived at the location and wish to take their seats after the time intervals mentioned in section 18.  

In the case of open stage performances not having taken place due to cancellation or interruption or that have started late due to meteorological conditions worsening, the Sofia Opera retains the right to either relocate said performance(s) to a closed stage if circumstances allow or change the date and place of the performance(s) without owing ticket returns or any other form of reimbursement. In such cases, the previous article takes effect unless the Sofia Opera has explicitly made a different statement.
