The performances of the premiere of the opera "Ariadne auf Naxos" by Richard Strauss, scheduled for 26.11.21, 28.11.21, 03.12.21 and 05.12.21 has been postponed.

We invite you on the same date to enjoy:
- 26.11 from 19:00 the opera "Rigoletto" by Giuseppe Verdi

Information for the audience who bought tickets for the opera "Ariadne auf Naxos" on 26.11.21, 28.11.21, 03.12.21 and 05.12.21:

1) You can watch the performance of "Rigoletto" 26.11 with the already purchased tickets for the respective date, without the need for prior revalidation.

2) revalidation of the purchased tickets for another upcoming performance of the Opera program of your choice. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt at the Ticket Office (1 Vrabcha Street) by 10.12.21 inclusive.

3) issuance of a voucher for the value of the purchased tickets, which can be used only against a ticket for a performance of your choice from the Opera program. The voucher is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of issue. It is necessary to present the printed electronic tickets or tickets with a receipt at the Ticket Office (1 Vrabcha Street) by 10.12.21 inclusive.

4) if you wish, we will be grateful if you leave the amount of the purchased tickets as a donation for the Sofia Opera and Ballet.

5) refund of the amount paid within 18.11 to 10.12.21 inclusive. If you want the amount to be refunded by bank transfer, please send your request to sales@operasofia.bg (valid only for online tickets)

6) tickets from Eventim
If you want to re-certificate or refund the amount of  tickets buyed from Eventim ticket office or official website it necessary to come to the Ticket office of Sofia Opera (1 Vrabcha Street) with the tickets within 10.12.21. It is necessary to present e-tickets or vouchers on paper.
