WAGNER FOR STUDENTS

At the occasion of the first for Bulgaria premiere of the opera “Parsifal” by Richard Wagner on 4.7.2017, the Sofia Opera and Ballet realises the project

“Wagner for students – Parsifal”.

In the initiative participate the National Academy of Music “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov”, the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts “Krastyo Sarafov” and the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

From 23 March to 28 April, we have the pleasure to invite you to immerse yourselves together with us in the series of lectures, film shows and presentations, which will be held in the three Higher Educational Institutes.

The project “Wagner for students – Parsifal” has the goal to go into the subject through different aspects – music, philosophy, cinema, painting, whereas in that way it engages the attention of young people – of the tempted ones, as well as of those, who will touch these problems for the first time.

The events, included in the project, will be accompanied by an exhibition of pictures by students from the National School of Fine Arts “Ilia Petrov”, expressing their look and vision about Parsifal.

The programme you could see in the attached file. Free entry.

We are expecting you!
