After performing in “Otello” at the Royal theater in Madrid and in “Salome” in Hamburg, Asmik Grigoryan: one of the most thrilling singers of our time, will arrive for a grand gala evening on the 14th of November at the Sofia Opera.
Maestro Daniel Oren who opened this year’s season with “Tosca”, will conduct her Bulgarian debut.
The program includes: arias from “McBeth”, “Madama Butterfly”, “Tosca”, “Manon Lescaut”, Tatyana’s letter scene from “Eugene Onegin” and the song to the moon from “Rusalka”.
The Sofia Opera orchestra and choir will perform select fragments from Verdi, Puccini, Tchaikovsky and Dvorzhak.
An evening dedicated to the power of voice, drama and beauty.
