THE AUDIENCE WILL ENJOY “CONCERTS FOR BABIES” FROM THE 1ST OF OCTOBER

The hit “Concerts for babies”, which started in the middle of the past season, are again in the program of Sofia Opera and Ballet from the 1st of October. The concerts for the youngest spectators – from 0 to 3 years, which enjoy a phenomenal interest on their part, as well as on the part of parents, grandparents and relatives, in season 2014/2015 will start in the form of mini-blocks.

Yulia Krasteva, director of the spectacles, reveals some of the elements of the upcoming concerts. “We begin with “The children’s train departs” which is taking us to a journey. We continue with the traditional “Welcome” for the kids and their parents and with thematic songs dedicated to autumn. We shall not miss the most popular titles as “The one who doesn’t eat vegetables” and “Old man and turnip”. Then follows a mini-block, which is the smooth transition to the introduction of our youngest audience to the music instruments. For the second part we have prepared segments from the most popular titles among which are “Hänsel und Gretel”, “Little Red Riding Hood”, “The Grumpy Goat”, “Winnie-the-Pooh”.

In advance the director shared also, that the team of “Concerts for babies” will include a cycle about the animals, new songs for every upcoming season and more and more... The surprises are forthcoming, and the days on which they will happen are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11.00 h. Further information and reservations per days and hours you can get on the website of Sofia Opera and Ballet and from the theatre’s call centre.
